Tottenham Hotspur Women’s boss Martin Ho has been named Manager of the Month for February 2026. The well deserved accolade follows another hugely successful few weeks in his tenure.
During February 2026, Spurs Women beat West Ham and Aston Villa away. The latter was a particularly extraordinary game, and a devastating attacking performance that saw Ho side’s net seven times. They also overcame London City Lionesses 8-9 in a dramatic penalty shootout to progress in the FA Cup. The only frustration was a defeat at home to champions Chelsea.
Ho joined the club at the beginning of the season and has rapidly gone about turning things around. The football is better and the atmosphere is totally different. Spurs have probably blown their chance of qualifying for the Champions League, but the progress is not to be dismissed.
Let’s just hope the Manager of the Month does not strike Martin Ho and he and his players can finish the season strongly!
