Missing watching Spurs Women over this international break? Well, the club has released a new documentary about the Nildén sisters that might tide you over until the next game against Everton.
Called Nildén Sisters | From Sweden to becoming a Lilywhite, the 21-minute show tells the tale of the pair. Amanda made her move Tottenham in January 2024, initially on loan. The deal was made permanent in that summer. The defender/midfielder signed on a three-year deal at that point, and has grown in confidence as she has settled into the WSL. Her younger sister, Matilda, joined this January. She is slowly being introduced to the side by manager Martin Ho.
It is really great to see the club taking the time to tell the women’s players’ stories. There are some genuine characters at the club now, and it is good to learn a bit more about them. Hopefully, work like this will help engage fans more.
